第十七条 设立自然保护区后，自然保护区所在地省、自治区、直辖市人民政府应当按照有关规定及时组织完成自然保护区勘界；涉及国家海洋权益的自然保护区，由国务院有关部门组织完成勘界。自然保护区管理机构应当根据保护和管理需要及时设置自然保护区界碑界桩、电子标识或者电子围栏等界线标志。
